Question About Sylvania MP3 Player smpk3604
stuck on battery charging icon...

my Sylvania smpk3604 was working fine the first couple time i put it in, but now it will only show the battery icon, so my computer won't recognize it. i haven't downloaded anything and have tried looking on the hardware from my computer on multiple computers, and it is not there. HELP!
