Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854B
smpk8854b video "file format error...

sylvania smpk8854b,i can put music on it just fine,but when i put video on it,it says its there but when i try to open it it says "file format error.i have already converted them to avi. no luck. this is my 10yr old sons x-mas gift,i feel bad cuz its not workin
