The volume button on my mp3 player died so i checked it out. The switch for the volume worked so i thought it might have been a firmware problem or a connection inside the mp3 player had broken. I reinstalled the firmware and it messed up my mp3 player even worse and now I can't even use it. The warranty is gone because i've had it for about a year and a half. Is there a way to reinstall the firmware so it works rather than having a screen that shows blue and doesn't change from that state?
