Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK2242
screen...

when i turn it on the mp3 player the screen turns on but thats. it does not play music. it is charged. it had not even been 3 wks and it started doing that. i can connect it to the computer and i can open up the music file and play the music on computer but other than that nothing. please help
