Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMP2002
red light...

even when my mpe player is off the red light at the top of it stays on. Does this suppose to be on and isnt it draining my battery? Also I have charged it for hours and the manual says that once it is charged all the way that the light will go off but my light has never went off what is the problem. Please answer questions for me thatnk you

0 Ok here it is right from the Manual. USB DISK: As a standard USB disk with OS Windows 2000 and above. Mac OS 10.3 and above. Linux Redhat 8.0 and above (no driver needed) while Windows 98 Needs to setup Driver. BATTERY: make sure the power is ON to charge. the light will be on when the battery needs charging and off when fully charged. manage files directly threw "Portable Device" in "My Computer" on Windows 2000 OS or above. or you can use Windows Media Player's ActiveSync as I do

0 well, how long does it need to charge? I have charged mine for 36 hours, and the red light is still on.
