i receive an error message when I try to sync music from my computer to my mp3? the error message is c something1197. when i first plugged in the player i was able to sync music. I did it a couple of times. Then the last time I tried to do it, I pressed some button in the sync then i put all the music I had on my player except for 3 songs on the sync and erased all the songs from the player and now I can't put anymore songs on the player. Can you please help to fix my problem. Thank you Ms.Ena
