Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854
Problem using the touch player mp3...

Ican not use the touch function. I was told to have the mp3 player charge on my computer for 6 hours beforeI could use it, by customer service when Icalled to complain about the product. Is there anything i should do before I decide to send what I think is defective item back?
