3 I have a Sylvania SMP1002 MP3 player that is brand new. It did not come with a disc and when I plug the USB into my PC the "removable disc" window (empty) pops open, but there is nothing coming up for me to use it. Where can I download a driver for this? Thank-you. My daughter got it for her birthday and wants to use it.

2 You should be able to listen to it without a USB cable but I thing there may be many faulty players out there. I've been searching for days and there are many people with these same issues.

0 Brand new Sylvania SMP 1002 1 gig mp3 player Volume and next/previous buttons are not working. Play/Pause works but thats it.
