it say empty disk when i go to everything but i have put music on it

0 HELP!!! I have a Sylvania smpk4065 touch screen mp3 player. It is stuck in Japenese and I can't get it back to English. I also no longer have the booklet that goes with it. Where can I download the instructions for this mp3 player? Thanks!!! Paula K!
