0 I have done EXACLEY what the Manual that came with the MP3 said to do over and over and still can't get it to Downlowed any songs. Please help me.

0 I didn't have any trouble downloading songs. I just used Windows Media Player. I connected my mp3 to the computer, opened Windows Media player, clicked on Sync, dragged the songs I wanted to download to the sync list on the right and then clicked on start sync. It worked great for me.

0 From Windows Explorer, songs can be transferred as MP3 files, copied and pasted into the device which shows up like a flash drive.
