5 Go to curtis.com. They have the manual, but it is under the 8854AUK. It is the same, 4GB touch screen. On the other hand, I have used both drag and drop, and media player sync. I didn't even have the disc for the drivers, my computer had to search, but there have been no problems.

0 I have found that manuals are not really useful so I learn as I go. If you pull up the photo in the folder that you have it is and right click it will open up a menu box that has the word send in it. Go down to send and send the file to your removable disk drive. I am a little late with the info so if you figured it out that's great. For all others with the issue I hope this helped.
