When I go to 'Music' and from there, I choose 'Internal Device', then I open the Music folder and see all the songs I've downloaded, BUT when I select a song to Play it - it says 'No files found!' Why doesn't it "Play" the music/song??

5 I had the same problem. First go to Windows media player and look for your MP3 player to be listed on the left side of the screen. Highlight the player. Then right click on the player with your mouse. Choose "Advanced Options". A small window will pop up. Now uncheck the box that says to "create folder hierarchy on device". For some reason this creates so many layers of folders and files that the MP3 doesn't read the songs even though your computer does. Now delete all the song folders you already have on there and download your songs to the device all over again. This time it will not create the folder system it did the last time, this time it will simply download the songs to the player and they should play with no problem. I hope this works for you.
