Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK4099
playing downloaded music...

I bought an album from Napster...dwnlded it to my computer (win 7) then to my sansa player and it played fine...dwnlded it from computer to sylvania and it won't play shows HDS??,??? what is wrong and how do I fix it ??? ANYONE??? THAnk- You all veryu much!!
