Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMP1036
overdive media doesnt know my mp3 is connected...

I have been successfully downloading & transfering audio books to my mp3, until recently. The media player cant find my device. I tried uninstalling and re-installing overdrive. that didnt help. I dont know what is wrong the software of player
