after install driver from the disk, my computer still can not find the player.

0 I have the same problem. My computer does not detect the MP3 player, after i installed all software. Can someone help me.

0 when i turn the mp3 player on it shows different colors and says sylvania and then goes blank and turns off , how can i fix this? this is new my daughter just got it for christmas and it has never worked , i would have took it back but my brother sent it to her from alaska so didnt no how to return it
