Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK4964
Need to review a manual for my Dad...

It was playing the songs just fine then my Dad whose has trouble reading it (age 93)must have accidently changed its setting and now it scans all the music for 40 secs but doesn't play any songs straight through...what happened to it and how can I fix this for him?
