Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMP2002
need help...

I have a Sylvania SMP2002 mp3 player and when I plug it into my computer it doesn't recognize it. It is like it isn't there. Any suggestions?

0 i would try to connect it with it on then off and see what happens. if that doesn't work try running add hadware through control panel (assuming u r using XP OS). it might show up as a "usb generic mass storage device" in the "my computer" window.
