My Sylvania SMPK1072 says warning no file. There is no music on it. How do I fix it?

0 Plug in mp3 to pc. Click on my computer, click on removable disk, formating comes up, click on format, click ok. This removes all music from mp3. You have to sync your music all over. It gets rid of "warning, no file."
