Question About Sylvania MP3 Player smpk4230
My Slyvania MP3 player will not turn on...

My son received this as a x-mas gift and had music and movies downloaded. He was able to listen to the music and watch movies once and it will no longer turn on. I've hit reset and still it will not turn on. What could the problem be?

0 I have the same problem. I got one for my grandson for Christmas and now it won't turn on. His is the SMPK3604. If you find out anything I would love to know also.
