my player keeps playing the same song over and ove...

my player keeps playing the same song over and over. I have to keep hitting the advance button. This started after I down loaded new songs.

0 The manual is worthless. It does not tell you what to do for issues like this that is why I sent you a note.

0 we're having the same problem with both sylvania smp2200 that are brand new. We can't find help anywhere!!! Fustrating!!!

0 This is ridiculous! I 'm reading all the comments, it seems like everybody player is having the same issue & the only help the company can offer is to upload the same manual that came with the product which is useless!!!
