Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8000
my camera isn't working and my computer is failing...

my camera isn't working and my computer is failing to read my device. it showed a device connected for about 5 minutes then the object disappeared. this occured repeatedly when i was trying to add music and repair the device. how do i fix it?
