Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854B
music...

I just got this mp3 player and have downloaded the music to it but it will not play. I cant use the installation cd because it doesnt fit in my computer. What do i need to do.

0 The disk should work in your computer. Yes it is a smaller disc, but it will work. I have the same player and i was having issues as well, Check the format on the files you have added to the player, make sure they are mp3 and not mp4. this player will not play mp4 files. if your music is mp4, then you will need to download a converter. just google "free mp4 to mp3 converter" and you should find several. I was having the same problem till I converted all my music, now it plays fine
