movie problem...

cant get movies to play. screen that says warning file format error. what do i do?

1 I at first had problems with music but I called tech support I am a wiz at that now. I can find very few video's that will download without saying file error some take some don't. I know your feeling. Where are you going to download the movies at. Feel free to email me at prallys@aol.com or let me know if you have an IM!

1 You have to convert the movie to AVI file with the disk that came with the player. This should fix that.
