The cd included converts my video files and says that they are transferred to the MP3 but then the player reads that there are no files.. help!!!

2 This MP3 player is a joke. Don't waste your time or money with it. We got ours at a fire sale in a local store. It's going back tomorrow - it's not worth the $25 I paid for it. I'd rather spend more and get something that actually works

2 After a lot of work, I figured out how to add music and have it show on MP3 Player. You need to open device on computer and add a folder titled MUSIC. Mine only showed PHOTOS, MOVIE, and VOICE. Once I created the new folder, it works perfect.

1 Drop/Dragging does not work , but the XP's copy or move feature seems to work. Try : 1) Locate file on computer screen with its content and drag to Desktop. 2) Change Desktop file name 3) Now upload this Dektop file (with your music back to MP3 via "copy" or ""move " feature on computer.

0 I can download MP3 files into the device. My player can play them, but the unit says there are no files
