Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK2242
it wont install the cd...

i put the cd n the and it wont pick up i look at it for any scratches there r none i tryed again nothing went n manuley found the in stall setup ddl clicked it then started to pick up got to the midle and stoped said there was an error can not set up pl help
