It has a blue screen that says sylvania then goes black then does it over and over. I can not get it to format. Is this thing junk or what. So far all i have been able to do it just hold it in my hand and look at it. What is the deal? Please help. Cause this was a gift from my monster mother-in-law. and i cant return it. because she will say that i am ungratefull. So i realy need it to work. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
