Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPS1017
installing on computer...

I have used the install disk and it does not install on my computer. I have a Dell 2100 with lots of available memory and run Windows XP. What am I doing wrong?? I am taking it back unless I can get some low tech advice and help to install it.
