im trying to transfer music onto my mp3 4 gb smp40...

im trying to transfer music onto my mp3 4 gb smp4016 and the driver shows a cd and the cd drive pops open. i dont want to burn a cd i want to transfer music from my computer to the mp3 directly. what can i do???
