I own a sylvania smpk 7838 mp3 player. That was recently purchased and by accident the manual was thrown away. Can you tell me why it only plays small segments (samples) of my songs that I have loaded on it. These are songs that play all the way through on my other mp3 player (smaller capacity). Therefore I don't believe the problem to be with the songs. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you ...Betty
