I need help, a manual, anything knowledge at all about a Sylvania iMode SMPK8000. It seems they didn't make manuals and noone on the internet knows how they work. I can get the camera function to come up but it won't take snap the picture. I have a video option but can't find a file type it will play. Need help ASAP, really sucks when a kid's present doesn't work all the way.
