I have purchased two of these MP3 players and the same day of purchase the first one quit working properly and would only play one song over and over. Then the next day, the second MP3 player started to do the same thing. I am very disappointed. Your instruction manual does not help and apparently all of these products have the same malfunction. I will not be purchasing anymore and I will not be recommending this product either.
