I have a SMPK8000 MP4 player which I have tried to charge the battery again for about 5 hours and it still will not work and allow me to show one of the videos I have loaded on it. I think something is wrong with the battery and I wanted to know if there is a store locally in Metro Vancouver that I could take it to to confirm if the battery has to be changed.
