I have 2 Sylvania SMPK 2312 2 GB Digital audio players. I was able to download a manual, but it does a lousy job of really telling how to get into the menu and operate the player. I can move between the 4 main menu items, but I have spent several hours trying to find a way to put it in shuffle mode and cannot determine how to do so. HELP!!!

0 the manual does a lousy job of instruction as to how to use the menu!!!!! I've spent HOURS and cannot figure out how to get it to "shuffle"!!!!
