I got a SMPK8099 MP3 player for Christmas 2011. I've downloaded and played songs...I used it this morning but when I turned it on this afternoon, the screen lights up and displays SYLVANIA but that's it. None of the buttons work, there's no menu screen. The only thing that works is the power button. I've turned it off and on several times but nothing works.
