I attempted to transfer files to SWMP4016 and was unsuccessful. A lot of items went over but they came up with illegible (code symbols) for titles and now the disk is full. I am unable to delete these files because Microsoft says they are inaccessible. How can I reset or delete the ,memory so I can clear it off to try again?.
