Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK1021
how to download music on mp4...

I cannot seem to get music onto my mp4 player. it says that there isn't enough memory. it's a 1gb player. i tried putting on an extremely small file and it still said there wasnt enough memory. There isn't anything on the player and still has all of its memory. how can this be?
