how to begin...

how do i begin to download anything to this mp3,its for my daughter,i really dont know where to start,or what web site to go to to download music or videos,please help

0 I have the MP3 model SMP1012. I have windows XP and do not have a problem. I can tell you how I download but let me know what kind of computer system you have, XP, Vista? I just joined portable media today, so not familiar with it yet.

0 You can find the player as a drive in your My Computer. You can create folders and just drag and drop music, text, pictures, and videos. The unit has an Explorer button which will allow you to see what you have loaded on the player.
