0 Load the included cd and run setup. Do not plug the player into your USB port until you have installed the AVI conversion program. If your running Vista do not install the drivers included with the player. You need the drivers for Win98 or WinXP. Even though it does not tell you, I recommend you do a reboot after loading the drivers for XP to make sure the registry puts the driver where it needs to be.

0 After the reboot plug the player into the USB port. It should be seen and may take up to 30 seconds the first time it sees the player. You should then be able to open your computer icon on the desktop and see the removable disk icon for the player. It is ready to rock and roll.
