5 I had to use the converter software included with the player even on files that were already in .avi format in order to get it to play. Try that. As another user said, I made the converter deposit the converted file directly to the mp3 player. I don't have this model, but SMPK4068.

4 With the player, inside the pack came the CD including the drivers. In the same CD came the program to convert the music files into MP3 format, and the video files into AVI format. Install the program to convert the videos into the AVI format. later drag the Video converted into AVI to the VIDEO folder in the MP3 Player. Then just turn the Mp3 player touch the video icon and look for the file just added, dobble click and enjoy the video.

3 i need a cable that has three RCA jacks and fits in the mini b port so that i can view AND hear my videos on my flat screen. i can't seem to find one in the Sylvania website. Is one available?

1 I agree with the last comment, but just to make it a little easier, when you use the software to convert, just convert with the destination of the drive your mp3 shows up in...for me it was drive G...because of how many other drives I have...love the mp3 player though...anyone know where to get accessories for it...i.e.screen protector stickers etc

1 if you are having problems with the video converter that came with Sylvania Video Mp3 Player SMPK8854B try this converter its better and faster --> viDrop

0 I have no trouble putting movies on my player, only thing is the sound is out of sync with the characters' mouths. Is there a way I can match them up so it doesn't look like one of those kung fu movies with subtitles?
