How do I charge my Sylvania SMP4029? All of a sudd...

How do I charge my Sylvania SMP4029? All of a sudden it just stopped working and the blue light doesnt come on anymore. Do I just plug it in the computer with USB wire? How long does it take? When do I know when its ready to use again? Thank you!
