Hi: I have a Sylvania SMPK7634 MP# player. Basically I love it except, I delete songs and next time I turn it on they are back. Also it only plays some songs... there are about 40 songs on here it never plays. I want to wipe it clean and reload, what do I need to do? Thanks for your assistance.
