Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK7834
help...

my MP3 player wont go on. I plugged it in to charge and it was stuck on "the charging screen" would not turn off. so i had to leave it on .hoping that the battery would run low and I would just turn it on when I got home from work. well now it wont turn on ! HELP
