Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854B
help...

i just got my mp3 player yesterday and it has been working just fine. i put all my music into it. Today i turned it off then tried to turn it on a while later but it wont turn on. i hooked it up to the computer to see if that would help but it said it was an unknown device. what do i do???
