0 I had the same problem. It's because it's a cheap player and can only support up to 30 directories and 500 files. Also, I don't think you can have subdirectories so I took my songs and placed them in artists directories of the root. When I just tried to use Window Media player to sync it did this. I had to just copy the files into directories off the root directory.
