Frozen Screen...

The Touch Screen is frozen, can't get any response.

1 there is a small hole on top of the unit marked reset. Get a pin and push and hold for 20 sec. Let it sit for another minute. Then tun it on again. you should be ok from that point on.

0 I have tried that and my MP3 still doesn't work. Is there any other suggestion for the frozen screen?
