Created music folders, but cannot find the folders on the unit.

0 This mp3 player will not see subfolders, so DO NOT drag folders into the Music file. Go ahead and create a Music folder, but drag or copy your folders right onto the drive. Then, to access them, go to Music, then Internal Device. All your folders will be there.
