Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8854B
filled with nothing...

Windows media says its full and out of the 4g only 84mb is available. whan i open it through my computer there a bunch of folder containing nothing and with ierd signs for words. I can't delete or do anything to them. Can anyone help on how to clean out all these files?
