Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK2066
driver download...

We purchased a sylvania smpk2066 mp3 player. The Driver disk was cracked in half when we opened the product. How can I download a driver for this device?

0 when connected to smpk2066 the ful battery icon shows. Does that mean that it is charging.?when connected to usb port of the computer it shows the empty battery icon charging as in the manual. One contradicts the other. Help
