0 If you connect the player to your desktop computer do you see all the folders for above. If not someone formatted yours. I suggest you plug it into your computer and open up your computer icon on the desktop and find the removable drive letter associated with the player. Right click on it and do a full format of the player and then create new folders for each of the above items. I usually just open the folders and slide the ".AVI" and WMA or MP3 or WAV files direct to the folders and your ready to go.
