Question About Sylvania MP3 Player SMPK8858
downloading music...

My mother gave me this mp3 player as a gift and it didnt come with a cord. so my friend gave me an extra usb cord that fit this product perfecly. The problem im having with it now is that i cant download songs from itunes onto the mp3 player. And i dont know how to go about downloading the music. please i would appreciate your help/ thanks :)

0 You will need to buy a music converter. The Internet have many. Once you have the converter, make a file on your computer and convert the .mp4 formatted tracks of I Tunes to the .mp3 format which can then be downloaded to the 8858. There might be another method of doing it. If so, I would be glad to know what it is but I know the above works as it is the method I use successfully.
